Wilder Screen Keys

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 May 2026.

Wilder Light Studio (“we”) builds Wilder Screen Keys with a strong privacy stance: the software itself is offline-only and collects no data from you. This page describes the limited information involved when you visit this website or purchase a license.

1. What the Software collects

Nothing. Wilder Screen Keys does not transmit telemetry, analytics, crash reports, or usage data to us or to any third party. It does not require an internet connection to run. The only network activity it ever performs is a one-time license verification at activation; after that, the licensing system is dormant.

Your settings are stored locally on your computer (%APPDATA%\Wilder\ScreenKeys\ on Windows). They never leave your device.

2. What this website collects

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not run our own analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts on it. GitHub may collect standard server-side request logs (such as IP address and user-agent) as part of operating its hosting service; see GitHub’s privacy statement.

3. Purchase information

When you buy a license, the transaction is handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy collects the information needed to process the payment (name, email address, billing country, payment instrument). We receive a record of the sale that contains your email address, the product purchased, the amount paid, and a license key — we do not see or store your card details. See Lemon Squeezy’s privacy policy for their practices.

We use your email address only to deliver the license key, send important updates about the product (security fixes, end-of-life notices), and respond to support requests. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

4. Support correspondence

If you email teamwilder@wildercode.com, we keep the conversation history so that we can help you over time. You can ask us to delete it at any point.

5. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

Email teamwilder@wildercode.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. If you are located in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA respectively; we will honour them.

6. Children

The Software and this website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information about them.

7. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the date at the top and post a notice on this page.
