Wilder Screen Keys

Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 May 2026.

These terms govern your purchase and use of Wilder Screen Keys (“the Software”), distributed by Wilder Light Studio (“we,” “us”). By purchasing, downloading, or installing the Software, you agree to these terms.

1. The Software

Wilder Screen Keys is a desktop accessibility application for Microsoft Windows that lets a user control the mouse cursor using the keyboard. It is delivered as a downloadable Windows executable and installer, accompanied by a license key.

2. Editions and licensing

The Software is offered in two editions: a paid Personal Edition and a free Gift Edition. Both editions are licensed under the Wilder Product License 1.0, which is incorporated by reference into these terms.

A license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Software for personal use on any computers you own or control. There is no seat limit for non-commercial personal use. Commercial use requires a separate written commercial license.

3. Orders and payment

Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC f/k/a Lemon Squeezy LLC). Lemon Squeezy is responsible for collecting payment, handling sales tax and VAT where applicable, and issuing invoices. Their terms of service and privacy policy also apply to the purchase transaction.

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. License keys are delivered by email upon successful payment.

4. Refunds

Refund eligibility and process are described in the refund policy.

5. Permitted use

You may install and use the Software on your own devices in accordance with the license. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, fork, host as a service, or remove or alter license-key validation. See the license for the complete list of permitted and prohibited activities.

6. Updates and support

Personal Edition and Gift Edition licenses include all version 1.x updates and reasonable email support from the developer. Major version upgrades (for example, to version 2.x) may require a new purchase. We do not commit to any specific release schedule.

7. Disclaimers

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every configuration of Windows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to your use of the Software is limited to the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license if you materially breach these terms or the underlying software license. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (licensing, disclaimers, liability) will survive.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on this website.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wilder Light Studio is established, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
